No one who is in survival mode stops to tell a joke, draw a picture or sing a song. When we learn to self-regulate, we spend less and less time in readiness to defend, run away or hide. Over time, most of our time is spent in creation mode where the frontal cortex or The Wizard Brain is in charge.

All materials required to make your Mala are included and will include only genuine semi-precious gemstones. This is an excellent opportunity to join Kelly from Soulful Stones in the relaxing surrounds of Catalyst Bodywork in Palmwoods and create your own personalised, spiritual meditation mala.
