By integrating a developmental perspective, The Polyvagal Theory offers a flexible and tailored approach to the specific needs of each individual, regardless of their life stage. It recognises that challenges and resources vary with age and context, and aims to offer targeted interventions to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and fulfillment throughout life. This holistic and developmental approach allows Restore to support children, adolescents and adults in their growth and well-being, taking into account their past experiences, present needs, and future aspirations.

At school-age, interventions focus on the development of emotional awareness, stress regulation, and establishing positive relationships with peers, using age-appropriate techniques.

During adolescence, polyvagal therapy creates a safe space to explore emotions and relational challenges while strengthening autonomy and emotional regulation skills.

In adulthood, interventions aim to foster self-awareness, develop emotional regulation skills, and promote healthy relationships, taking into account past experiences and attachment patterns.

For older adults, polyvagal therapy considers specific challenges related to aging and aims to maintain a sense of safety, social connection, and resilience in the face of loss and life transitions.

This is a nurturing and expansive 2.5h for kids and 3h for adults workshop is designed to show you the landscape of your Ventral Vagal Circuit, or your Heart-Brain connection. When the Ventral Vagal Circuit is online, we are ready to share our innate gifts with the world - no matter what it is. This experience is an opportunity for you to meet an aspect of yourself that will not only anchor your back to your calm in times of stress, confusion, upset, anger, anxiety, chaos and darkness, it will guide the way for you when you need intuitive, divine inspiration to realise your dreams.
