The Restore 8-week Relationship Reset is an opportunity to create for yourself the passionate, respectful and loving connection you deserve to have in this life. When you gift your partner the insight into your autonomic nervous system, and how it has been shaped by life to survive, not thrive, you are both in a powerful position to create a Shared Vision for your lives. Similarly, with your nervous system awareness, you will be in more balanced mindset to make informed, conscious choices rather than try and get your message across in erratic, anger-filled arguments that leads only to more resentment. After 8 weeks you will have: - Insight into why and how your body seeks a sense of safety and how it interprets un-safety (not danger, but a lack of safe connection with your partner) as good enough reason to erupt into anger/disappear into apathy. - Insight into the role Vagus Nerve plays in Autonomic Regulation. - The benefits of a Balanced Mindset - and how to create it - Various tools and techniques for yourself that will benefit everyone else - A relationship with your Heart and your Authentic Self, and reclaiming your own intrinsic values - Awareness of the pillar of the dysfunction in your relationship, your shared fantasies and nightmares and how to dissolve them - You will learn how to use Tension creatively when it shows up, and before it turns to stress, in stead of compensating for it with bad habits, addictions, excuses and oscillating behaviours and patterns. You will receive a host of tools and techniques that are best to regulate with, for YOUR body - benefiting everyone else. You are welcome to schedule a phone call to decide if this is for you.
