This is the session for parents/support persons with children, partners, siblings and/or family members. All children under 16 have to be accompanied by an adult. This session is for you if you're looking for specific tools to improve your autonomic nervous system, become clearer, calmer and more confident. This is a tailor-made session depending on your ages and needs, however this some or all of what you can expect: - Using The Restore Method tools and practices, we map how your nervous systems responds to stress, how to establish a feeling of safety and regulation tools for specific nervous system states. You will gain: - An understanding of how your Autonomic Nervous System responds to your world - How your body seeks a sense of safety and how it interprets un-safety (not danger, but a lack of safe connection) - How it moves between Autonomic States, and why - The Story in the States - and how to dissolve limiting beliefs - How Creating an "Ideal Life" in stead of following your Heart creates stress, anxiety and dissolution - and how to use this information to create the life you love - Tools to Balance polarising perceptions that will take your brain from survival to thrival in every situation - What Tension is and how to use it to create in stead of compensate for it, staying stuck and frustrated - The role your Vagus Nerve plays in Autonomic Regulation - How to Restore your Breath and Energetic Polarity - The Symbol of your Ventral Vagal Circuit / Heart Energy and how it can anchor you into a feeling of safe connection with yourself and your world You will receive a host of tools and techniques that are best to regulate with, for BOTH your bodies. Remainder due before or on the day we begin your program. Includes The Restore Method Guide for Parents and Facilitators if you are in Australia and it will be mailed out to you upon your booking and an E-guide if you are overseas. Please note: this is a set program and you will receive the content prior to each session. Some things happen outside of our control and I will offer a make-up sessions where you are unable to attend and have to reschedule.
