Service Description

RECIPROCITY - RUPTURE - REPAIR - Where are you and where do you want to be? This Regulation Session is an opportunity for everyone in the group to connect, regulate and co-regulate, and to repair the rupture that we all seek in order to feel safe connection and engagement. Your session will include any and all of the following: - Relaxation and regulation techniques specific to the nervous system states - Creative expression - drawing, painting etc. - Breathing practices Using The Restore Method tools and practices, you will also be able to map how your nervous systems responds to stress, how it drops into survival states and why, and how to return to, and establish a feeling of safety that fits for YOUR relationship / friendship / family. Please note: This is the session for parents/support persons with children, partners, siblings and/or family members. All children 8+ - 16 have to be accompanied by an adult for the beginning of the session. If time is a condition for you to have a sustainable and viable outcome, or you're looking for a quick-fix , this is probably not going to work for you. Tani
