2h session - Adults only. If you'd like to book in your child aged turning 16 and younger, please opt for the 1:2 session as you are required to attend. This session is for you if you're looking for specific tools to improve your autonomic nervous system, become clearer, calmer and more confident. Using The Restore Method - informed by Polyvagal Theory, Energy Polarity, Breathwork and Guided Embodiment Awareness, we map how your nervous systems responds to stress, how to establish a feeling of safety and regulation tools for specific nervous system states. What you can expect: - An understanding of how your Autonomic Nervous System responds to your world - How your dysregulation is holding you back in making big decisions - How your body seeks a sense of safety and how it interprets un-safety (not danger, but a lack of safe connection) - How it moves between Autonomic States, and why - The role your Vagus Nerve plays in Autonomic Regulation - How to Restore your Breath and Energetic Polarity - Alchemy Your session may include any and all of the following: - Relaxation and regulation techniques specific to the nervous system states - Creative expression - drawing, painting etc. - Restorative breathing practices - in particular to address reverse breathing - Alchemy Please note: 16-year-olds attend their first session with a parent, so that the parent can gain the same autonomic understanding. They are then are welcome to continue future sessions on their own. Respectfully, please do not request a shorter session. If time is a condition for you to have a sustainable and viable outcome, or you're looking for a quick-fix , this is probably not going to work for you. Tani
