This workshop is designed to give you a greater understanding on how to gain greater advantage from a place of Autonomic Balance. 
 
When we have a Balanced perception and regulated nervous system, we are in a much better place to follow inspired actions towards the goals and end results we want, despite the tension and conditions that arises (and that are an inevitable part of life's challenges). 
 
When we master ourselves in this way, our focus is on building our own brand from the navigating force of our Instrinsic Values.
 
When we function from an imbalanced brain and autonomic nervous sytem, we not only attempt to master others, we buy into their brands. Here, we are driven by our Extrinsic Values,  give in to tension and conditions and we give up on us. We react before we think to life, we don't think and then respond. When we are in imbalance, we perpetuate unwanted situations and disadvantages that keep us stuck in the reality we don’t want.
