ABOUT TANI DU TOIT
Tani du Toit is an established Certified Polyvagal Therapy Practitioner, Therapeutic Bodyworker, Ho'oponopono Practitioner and Breathwork Teacher.
She studied Linguistics in South Africa and after travelling to Europe, she settled in Australia in 1999 where she studied Massage Therapy in 2000 under Margaret Wright at The Chevallum School of Natural Therapies (The Margaret Wright protocol). She then spent almost two decades in the publishing industry as features writer, designer and commercial editor of several publications.
Her turning point came at the age of 40 when she fully committed to her heart and love of Bodywork, which led her to discover Energy Polarity, Ka Huna Bodywork, the Vagus Nerve and the research of Dr Stephen Porges.
Today, her focus is to offer autonomic nervous system and creative development sessions and programs informed by The Polyvagal Theory, Breathwork, Energy Polarity and Alchemy. She loves writing and creates guides and storybooks to contribute to the wellness of others.
She is a dedicated student and certified practitioner of The Polyvagal Theory
